The footwear sector, one of the most imposing in Portugal, and one of the main areas of operation of B4TRADING, registered in the last five years an increase of over 40%, reaching a historical maximum of 1,846 million euros in 2015.

Currently, the national footwear industry exports 98% of its production, with an annual production of more than 75 million pairs.

This reflects a strategy change in the sector, today oriented to the market of fashion and design and an operations’ conversion which enables the production of high quality with flexibility and quick response to requests.
